Domino’s Pizza in Inglewood is looking for a General Manager who is adaptable and self motivated not to mention the passion for customer service.

Qualifications

At least one year of experience as a General Manager in a pizza restaurant

Must be at least 18 years old.

Availability to be able to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

- Be responsible for all store operations.
- Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift.
- Hiring and training new Team Members.
- Develop Team Members to reach their full potential in a fast-paced, fun working environment.
- Perform all duties of Customer Service Representatives (CSR) and Delivery Drivers.
- Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile (yes, even on the phone!).
- Operating the cash register and collecting payments from customers.
- Making fast, accurate, and consistent products that comply with portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
- Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant from front-of-house to back-of-house.




- Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
- Maintain and control inventory, ensuring product quality and service meet company operating standards.
- Build and enhance profits by developing robust relationships with local businesses and the community.

Requirements:

- Experience leading a team; you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 30 people during your shift.
- A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
- Valid Drivers License
- Your own transportation
- Full open availability
- You have to be at least 18 years old.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $18.00 per hour
