We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused, and trustworthy Driver & Service Technician to join our Calgary team on either a part-time or full-time basis. Job Responsibilities As a Driver & Service Technician, you will:

- Safely operate company vehicles while maintaining defensive driving practices.
- Collect confidential documents and materials from customer locations using secure containers.
- Transport materials securely to our shredding facility while maintaining chain-of-custody standards.
- Operate shredding and recycling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Deliver exceptional customer service during every client interaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles, equipment, and warehouse areas.
- Follow company security, safety, and operational procedures.





This position offers a unique combination of driving, customer service, logistics, warehouse operations, and document security services. Required Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must:

Non-Negotiable Requirements

- Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract for the past three years.
- Be able to pass a criminal background check and be bondable.

Additional Requirements

- Have completed defensive driving training.
- Be comfortable operating commercial cargo vans and up to a 5-ton truck (non-CDL).
- Be confident driving in downtown Calgary and surrounding areas.
- Be comfortable driving in winter and adverse weather conditions.
- Be committed to long-term employment and professional growth.
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs (22 kg) and push or pull up to 300 lbs using equipment such as dollies and pallet jacks.
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, punctuality, and professionalism.
- Be comfortable working around industrial equipment and machinery.

Preferred Qualifications The following qualifications are considered assets:

- Forklift certification or previous forklift experience.
- Experience in transportation, logistics, warehousing, records management, recycling, security, or related industries.
- A strong interest in sustainability and environmental responsibility.

Electric forklift training will be provided to successful candidates. Compensation, Schedule, Training, and Benefits

Compensation

- $17.00 to $21.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule Part time

- Tuesday to Thursday
- 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM




- Occasional on-call or weekend shifts may be required

Full-Time

- Monday to Friday
- 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- Occasional on-call or weekend shifts may be required

Training Provided

- Security and confidentiality procedures
- Safe shredding operations
- Forklift training
- Job shadowing and hands-on field training
