Responsibilities

- Apply joint compound and tape to drywall seams, ensuring smooth transitions and a professional finish
- Sand and smooth surfaces to prepare for painting or further finishing work
- Use hand tools, power tools, and scaffolding safely and efficiently during finishing tasks
- Perform minor carpentry or handyman tasks as needed to support drywall installation and finishing processes
- Conduct touch-ups and final inspections to guarantee a flawless finish that meets quality standards




- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste responsibly

Qualifications

- Prior construction experience with drywall taping and finishing is highly preferred
- Construction experience with knowledge of carpentry, caulking, and general handyman skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
- Skilled in using hand tools
- Solid understanding of construction tools and equipment usage
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety protocols on-site
- Familiarity with construction safety standards and proper tool handling is essential
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
