If you take pride in craftsmanship and love creating flawless finishes, this is the role for you! As a Drywaller (Internally known as a Drywaller III), you'll bring expert skill, precision, and creativity to every project. From detailed texturing and framing to decorative trim and crown molding, you'll transform rough spaces into polished, finished environments.

You'll also share your expertise with others on-site, helping the team deliver top-quality results that meet the highest standards of safety and craftsmanship.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DRYWALLER

As a Drywaller, you turn technical skill into art. You'll measure, cut, and install drywall with accuracy, apply smooth finishes and intricate textures, and frame doors, ceilings, and decorative features that bring each project to life. You'll read blueprints, plan layouts, and solve challenges on the spot to keep projects running smoothly.

You'll work closely with your crew to maintain high standards, troubleshoot as needed, and ensure every detail meets client expectations. Each day, your skill, focus, and pride in your work help transform spaces and inspire the next generation of tradespeople around you.

Qualifications

- 3 to 5 years of construction or restoration experience
- Advanced proficiency in drywall installation, finishing, framing, and texturing
- Skilled at reading blueprints, laying out reference lines, and performing material take-offs
- Proficient in using mobile devices, hand tools, and industry equipment
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite




- Strong communication and teamwork skills with a focus on quality results
- Reliable, organized, and safety-conscious
- Valid full class driver's license and clear driver's abstract
- Fit test and other safety certifications
- Must be able to work overtime, on weekends and participate in rotating on-call schedule
- Ability to complete work activities that may involve material handling, lifting, climbing, and the use of personal protective equipment including respirators, safety footwear, and other required gear
