Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive diagnostics on e-bikes to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on electric bike components, including motors, batteries, brakes, gears, and electrical systems.
- Use hand tools and power tools to disassemble, repair, replace parts, and reassemble e-bikes with precision.
- Conduct safety inspections to ensure all bikes meet quality standards before customer delivery or return to service.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and service history for each e-bike.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting questions and provide guidance on proper bike care and maintenance.




- Stay updated on the latest e-bike technology trends and manufacturer specifications to ensure top-tier service.

Skills

- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience working on bicycles or similar machinery.
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and other basic repair equipment.
- Familiarity with power tools necessary for disassembly and assembly tasks.
- Ability to diagnose electrical issues related to batteries, motors, wiring harnesses, and control systems.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to safety standards.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and assisting customers confidently.
