Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team with an Early Childhood Certificate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom setting that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children.

The Early Childhood

Teacher will work collaboratively with other educators and staff to ensure that each child receives personalized attention and support.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and learning.
- Assess and monitor children's progress through observation and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational experience for all students.




- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate children with diverse learning needs, including those with disabilities or special education requirements.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom space conducive to learning.
- Utilize technology for administrative tasks such as lesson planning, record keeping, and communication.

Qualifications

- Certificate in Early Childhood Education from New Brunswick
- Experience working with children in a classroom setting is essential.
- Strong time management skills to effectively balance teaching responsibilities and administrative tasks.
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment for all students, including those with disabilities.
