Bring your pre-school leadership journey beyond borders. Join Our 2-Week Early Childhood Education Leadership Training Program in China.

We are seeking experienced pre-school / child care center directors or managers to participate in a fully funded, 2-week early childhood education leadership and training program in Jiangsu, China during fall 2025. Participants will share expertise in ECE management and pedagogy, mentor local leaders, and engage in cultural and professional exchange.

Our program has successfully trained and benefited over 3,500 educators in Jiangsu Province, and this year we are focusing on early childhood education leadership and management.

Job Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive training workshops on pre-school / child care center leadership, organizational management, and curriculum planning




- Share Canadian best practices in early childhood education philosophy, teacher training, and family-community engagement
- Demonstrate effective staff management, team-building, and professional development strategies
- Mentor local ECE leaders, providing practical guidance on daily operations, administration, and quality improvement
- Adapt case studies and management practices to align with Chinese educational contexts while introducing innovative approaches
- Facilitate discussions on cross-cultural early childhood education leadership
- Support local educators in improving their pedagogical and management capacity through collaborative workshops and discussions

Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in early childhood education (pre-school / child care center) in North America
- At least 3 years in a management or director-level role
- Solid knowledge of the Canadian early childhood education system (policies, curriculum, management frameworks)
- Bachelor’s degree in education, early childhood education, or related field (preferred)
- Advanced theoretical knowledge and proven practical leadership experience
- Excellent communication and intercultural skills
- Previous training, mentoring, or conference presentation experience is an advantage

Program Details
- Dates: Nov 9-20 2026
- Location: Nanjing, Jiangsu, China
- Commitment: 2 weeks, approximately 30 hours per week, including lesson delivery, discussions, and interactive training sessions.
