Duties

- Facilitate bilingual teaching sessions, ensuring clarity and engagement for diverse learners
- Develop and deliver educational content tailored to different age groups and skill levels
- Communicate effectively with participants, colleagues, and stakeholders to foster a positive learning environment
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and supporting participants throughout their learning journey
- Manage your schedule efficiently to maximize session effectiveness and meet program deadlines




- Lead small groups or individual sessions with confidence, demonstrating strong leadership qualities
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and feedback to support continuous improvement

Qualifications

- Fluent in both English and French, with excellent communication skills in both languages
- Prior experience in teaching or training roles is highly desirable
- Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire learners of all backgrounds
- Exceptional time management skills to balance multiple sessions and responsibilities effectively
- Proven ability to deliver clear instructions and provide constructive feedback
- Customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
