We are a small, growing electrical company serving Oxford County. Our work is diverse, hands-on, and never limited to just one type of job. We work across residential, agricultural, industrial and commercial environments, giving our apprentices the opportunity to develop a broad range of electrical skills.
We believe a good apprenticeship is about more than simply putting in hours. We want our apprentices to learn the trade, take on new responsibilities, build confidence, and develop into well-rounded electricians.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated Electrical Apprentice to join our team. All apprenticeship levels are welcome to apply.
You will gain experience working on a variety of projects throughout rural Ontario, including:
- Residential new construction, renovations, service and repairs
- Agricultural buildings, farms and agricultural equipment
- Industrial buildings, equipment and electrical systems
- Commercial current builds and renovations
- Service calls and troubleshooting
- New installations and electrical upgrades
- Wiring, conduit, panels, controls and equipment
- Motors, pumps and other electrical/mechanical equipment
- Reading and working from electrical drawings and plans
- Working alongside experienced electricians to develop your skillsWhat We're Looking For
The right candidate will be someone who:
- Is registered in an electrical apprenticeship
- Has a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
- Takes pride in doing quality work
- Is dependable, punctual and willing to work as part of a small team
- Has good problem-solving and communication skills
- Is comfortable working indoors, outdoors and in a variety of rural environments
- Is willing to learn and take on increasing responsibility as their skills develop
- Understands the importance of working safely and following instructions
A valid driver's licence is required. Previous electrical, construction, agricultural or mechanical experience is an asset, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

Pay: $18.00-$36.00 per hour
