What you’d work on
•An ESP32-class device involving audio capture, Wi-Fi connectivity, and integration with a live backend API
•Own the hardware side: circuit design, firmware, power management, enclosure
•Exact scope and roadmap shared in more detail once we chat — this is an early-stage, evolving project
What we’re looking for
•EE student (any year) comfortable with, or eager to learn, embedded systems — microcontroller firmware, basic circuit design, wireless connectivity
•No prior project required — genuine willingness to learn and figure things out matters more than experience
•Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity — this is an open-ended prototype, not a spec’d-out task list
What this is
•Volunteer role — no cash pay, but real ownership over the build and equity/co-founder-track potential based on contribution
•Low-pressure: exploratory feature work, not on our critical launch path, so you can move at your own pace
•A genuinely resume-worthy embedded systems + AI integration project
