Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrician 309A to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across various industrial and commercial settings. Your expertise will ensure the safe and efficient operation of electrical infrastructure, supporting ongoing renovation projects, equipment upgrades, and routine maintenance.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams to accurately install or repair electrical systems.
- Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of low voltage and high voltage electrical systems using appropriate power tools and hand tools.
- Conduct inspections of electrical components to identify issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
- Work on renovation projects by upgrading existing wiring, fixtures, and control systems to meet current standards.
- Program and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs) that automate industrial processes.
- Utilize handyman skills for minor repairs or adjustments related to electrical systems during construction or renovation activities.




- Follow all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures, to ensure a safe working workplace for yourself and colleagues.

Experience

- Proven experience as an industrial electrician or in a similar electrical role within construction or manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings related to electrical systems.
- Hands-on experience with power tools, hand tools, and testing equipment used in electrical work.
- Familiarity with low voltage wiring, control panels, and circuit troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and understanding of automation systems is highly desirable.
- Previous involvement in renovation projects or construction sites is advantageous.
- Additional handyman experience can be beneficial for completing diverse maintenance tasks efficiently.
