Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Working Foreman Electrician role working in the Lower Mainland. The Electrician will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in commercial and residential properties, including wiring, panels, lighting, and related equipment. Daily tasks include reading and interpreting electrical drawings, diagnosing issues, performing troubleshooting, and ensuring all work complies with applicable codes and safety standards.

The role involves collaborating with supervisors, contractors, and other trades, preparing materials and tools,



and completing accurate documentation of work performed. The Electrician will also support preventative maintenance activities and respond to service calls as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of electricity and electrical work, including safe practices and applicable codes.
- Experience with maintenance & repair of electrical systems and components in commercial and residential settings.
- Proficient troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
- Understanding of basic electrical engineering principles relevant to installations and system design.
- Valid trade certification; Red Seal or provincial equivalent.
- Ability to work safely on-site, use hand and power tools, and follow company and regulatory safety procedures.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work respectfully within diverse teams and with clients.
