Unified Power Solutions Inc. is a growing electrical contracting company based in Vaughan, Ontario, specializing in design-build, distribution installation, lighting, EV charger installations, and infrared services. We're looking for an experienced, licensed electrician to join our team as a Foreman, overseeing projects ranging from $50,000 to $600,000.

About the Role

As Foreman, you'll take the lead on job sites — managing crews, coordinating schedules, ensuring quality and safety standards, and acting as the main point of contact between the field and our project management team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows the trade inside and out and is ready to run projects from start to finish.

Requirements

- Valid 309A Electrician license (Master Electrician license an asset)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the electrical trade
- Proven experience leading crews and overseeing job sites
- Strong knowledge of the Ontario Electrical Safety Code
- Experience managing projects in the $50K–$600K range




- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Working at Heights, CPR/First Aid certification an asset

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate electrical crews on-site
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Ensure work is completed on time, on budget, and to code
- Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety protocols
- Communicate progress and issues with project managers and clients
- Order materials and manage on-site inventory
- Train and mentor apprentices and junior electricians

Pay: $45.00-$50.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
