Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Technician to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and expertise in working with low voltage systems. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electronic equipment and systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.

The Electronics

Technician will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by utilizing their technical skills to resolve issues and enhance system performance.

Duties

- Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to perform repairs and maintenance on electronic devices.
- Interpret and work from schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to diagnose issues.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electronic systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot computer hardware and networking issues.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and inventory of parts used.




- Assist in the installation of new electronic systems and upgrades as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to improve service delivery.

Requirements

- Proficiency in using hand tools for electronics repair.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand low voltage systems.
- Familiarity with computer hardware components and computer networking principles.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
