About the role

We're hiring a Copywriter who understands that words are the engine behind every open, click, and purchase. This role exists to own the copy layer across the entire email lifecycle campaigns, automated flows, landing pages, and pop-ups, for a growing roster of DTC eCommerce clients.

You won't write generic brand content. You'll write copy that performs: subject lines that earn opens, flows that convert browsers into buyers, and campaign sequences that keep customers coming back.

If you thrive when your output is the bottleneck between "brief" and "live," this is the role.

What you'll do

- Write email campaign copy, automated flow sequences, landing pages, and pop-up copy for multiple eCommerce clients simultaneously
- Adapt tone, brand voice, and messaging style to each client's brand guidelines and target audience
- Own copy quality end-to-end, self-review everything before it reaches the designer or PM
- Collaborate daily with designers and developers to ensure copy integrates cleanly with layout and design
- Participate in daily standup calls and weekly squad tacticals to stay aligned on priorities and deadlines
- Flag blockers and ambiguities early, before they become delivery problems
- Incorporate AI tools strategically into your workflow to improve speed without compromising quality




- Manage copy across 5+ active clients without letting quality slip on any of them

What we're looking for

Required

- Qualified English speaker
- 3+ years of copywriting experience with a verifiable, diverse portfolio
- Demonstrated experience writing email copy for eCommerce or DTC brands (campaigns, flows, sequences)
- Available to work 9 am–5 pm EST
- Comfortable operating fully remotely with both async and sync communication
- Experience writing landing page and pop-up copy, not just email

Nice to Have
- Previous experience at an email or retention marketing agency
- Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools
- AI tools are actively integrated into your copywriting workflow
- Ability to reference measurable results from your copy, open rates, CTR, revenue contribution
