Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining embroidery machines to produce high-quality custom designs on a variety of textiles. Your expertise will ensure that each product meets our standards for precision, consistency, and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

- Set up embroidery machines according to design specifications, ensuring proper thread colors, stabilizers, and attachments are used.
- Operate multiple embroidery machines efficiently while monitoring their performance throughout production runs.
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and adherence to design specifications, making adjustments as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance on embroidery equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal operation.
- Troubleshoot machine issues promptly to minimize production delays and maintain workflow momentum.
- Maintain accurate production records, including job logs and quality control documentation.




- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with embroidery machines, sewing equipment, or textile production is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for precision in design execution.
- Ability to troubleshoot machine problems quickly and effectively.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks comfortably.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures related to manufacturing equipment.
