Job Summary The Engineering Technology Specialist supports the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Price’s design engineering systems, standards, data, and digital tools. This role partners with Design Engineering, Product Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, and other cross-functional teams to improve engineering data quality, design efficiency, process consistency, and scalability across the organization.

The position supports engineering technology initiatives including the ERP (IFS), CAD, PDM/PLM, engineering standards, design automation, reporting and analytics, process documentation, user support, and digital transformation activities across North American design engineering operations.

Key Responsibilities Support and enhance design engineering systems, digital tools, engineering standards, and technology-enabled workflows.

Work within ERP, CAD, PDM/PLM and related engineering platforms to maintain and improve engineering data, structures, design workflows, and system configuration.

Identify opportunities for design process improvement, automation, standardization, and improved integration between engineering and downstream business systems.

Support implementation, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives related to engineering technologies and design engineering processes.

Develop and maintain engineering SOPs, training materials, standards documentation, user guides, and process maps to support consistent adoption of tools and processes.





Assist with project coordination, user support, change management, data validation, and communication for design engineering technology initiatives.

Collaborate with engineering teams to improve drawing quality, model/data governance, product configuration practices, design release processes, and engineering change workflows.

Travel to U.S. and Canadian facilities as required to support implementations, training, process reviews, and engineering technology improvements.

Qualifications and Skills B.S. or Technology Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Technology, Product Design, Drafting/CAD Technology or a related technical discipline preferred. Equivalent design engineering or engineering technology experience may also be considered.

Understanding of design engineering processes within a manufacturing setting, including product structures, drawings, BOMs, revision control, and engineering change processes.

Experience or familiarity with CAD, PDM/PLM, ERP systems, engineering data structures, and design documentation practices.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Interest in engineering efficiency, design automation, process improvement, data accuracy, and technology-driven solutions.

Experience with reporting tools, data analysis, CAD standards, design automation, product configuration, or process documentation is considered an asset.
