What You'll Be Doing:



You’ll spend your day meeting people, starting conversations, creating connections, and presenting solutions. You'll learn how to:

- Confidently approach and communicate with new people
- Present products and promotions in an engaging way
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions
- Handle objections and turn conversations into opportunities
- Build relationships and influence decisions
- *Set goals and push yourself toward them
- Develop your sales and leadership abilities
- Work alongside experienced mentors who will coach you from Day 1

Requirements:

- Retail, hospitality, athletics, fundraising, customer service, volunteering, or leadership experience is an asset — but not required.
- 18+ and legally eligible to work in Canada.
- No previous sales experience? That's okay. We're more interested in your attitude, work ethic, competitiveness, communication skills, and willingness to learn. Our training and mentorship are designed to help you develop the skills you need to succeed.
