Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Floor Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, and repair of polymer flooring systems in both industrial and commercial settings. This role requires a strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality workmanship, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

- Install polymer flooring materials, including epoxy coating & mortar, polyurethane, concrete polishing, commercial decorative finishes.
- Industrial painting for metal-deck ceilings and walls.
- Perform repairs on existing flooring to ensure longevity and aesthetic appeal.
- Clean and perform maintenance on all equipment.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for cutting, troweling, and installing flooring materials.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Skills





- Proficiency in using hand tools and large machinery related to polymer flooring installations.
- Experience with epoxy coating, polished concrete, industrial painting and concrete is a benefit, but training is provided.
- Clean driving record with a full G license.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues that arise during installation or repair processes.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members.
