Position: ERP Development Manager Location: Corporate Office - North York Salary: $170 K to $180 K Position Type: Full-time, In office Posting Type: Open vacancy : Lead ERP modernization and cloud migration (NAV → Business Central) Redesign legacy NAV customizations into extension-based BC architecture (AL) Own integrations across POS (LS Central), e-commerce, CRM, WMS, finance, inventory, and vendor APIs Drive data migration, ETL, governance, and cut-over execution Provide hands-on technical leadership (coding, architecture, CI/CD, environments) Build and mentor a high-performing ERP development team Translate complex technical decisions into clear, business-aligned outcomes Enforce security, compliance, observability, and operational discipline Skills: 7+ years ERP development experience (NAV & Business Central) Deep expertise in LS Central / Retail ERP ecosystems Proven success migrating legacy ERP systems to Business Central Cloud Strong integration, API,
