Role Description This part-time, in office Esthetician role is based at Aura Harbour Wellness Clinic in Toronto, ON. The Esthetician will provide professional skin care services, including facials, exfoliation treatments, and personalized skincare consultations aligned with the clinic’s holistic wellness approach. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing hair removal services, recommending suitable products and treatments, maintaining clean and safe treatment rooms, and documenting client care in accordance with clinic standards.

The Esthetician will deliver attentive client service,



educate clients on at-home skin care routines, and collaborate with other wellness practitioners to support integrated treatment plans. The role also involves promoting services, supporting client retention efforts, and participating in occasional clinic events or wellness programs.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated proficiency in Skin Care, including facials, skin analysis, and treatment planning.
- Experience in Hair Removal techniques such as waxing, sugaring, or threading, with a focus on safety and client comfort.
- Foundational knowledge of Cosmetology and aesthetics, including product knowledge and basic beauty treatments.
- Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport, communicate clearly, and create a welcoming client experience.
- Ability to support Sales efforts through product recommendations, treatment upgrades, and client education.
- Completion of an accredited Esthetician or Aesthetics program; valid provincial certification or license where applicable.
- Understanding of hygiene and infection control standards in a clinical or spa setting.
- Interest in integrative wellness and collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.
