Cleopatra’s Rituals Wellness Ltd. – Kelowna, BC

Cleopatra’s Rituals is a thermal spa offering immersive wellness experiences through heat, water, and relaxation-based treatments. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented team member to support daily spa operations while assisting in the delivery of relaxation-based services.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on wellness training who is equally comfortable maintaining a clean, structured environment and supporting guest care.

What You’ll Do

- Assist in relaxation-based spa and body treatments within scope of training
- Prepare and reset treatment and thermal rooms throughout the day
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across treatment rooms, steam room, sauna, and common areas
- Handle laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and restocking linens
- Support guest flow (towels, robes, preparation, transitions)
- Perform opening and closing procedures, including full spa reset and clean
- Assist with inventory, product setup, and daily operations

What We’re Looking For

- Relevant certification or training in relaxation massage,



spa, or wellness services required
- 1–2 years of experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, or structured care environments preferred
- Strong attention to hygiene, detail, and organization
- Comfortable working in a physically active role (standing, lifting, movement)
- Reliable, adaptable, and able to work evenings and late hours
- English required; Spanish is an asset

Schedule

- 30–40 hours per week
- Day, evening, weekend, and on-call shifts
- Closing shifts may extend to 12:00 a.m.–1:00 a.m.

Compensation & Benefits

- $20–$21 per hour (based on experience)
