Duties

- Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer care
- Collaborate on marketing, promotions, and service development

Duties:

- Perform professional esthetic services including facials, body treatments, waxing, tinting, manicures, pedicures & other spa services within your certification scope.
- Build strong client relationships and treatment plans
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards
- Recommend products and services to clients
- Manage scheduling, client relations, and inventory
- Lead and support a team of massage therapists and front desk staff
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer care
- Collaborate on marketing, promotions, and service development

Requirements





- Previous spa experience (Preferred)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Passionate about wellness and delivering outstanding customer service
