Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Estimator/Project Manager to join our team and drive successful construction projects from initial estimate to project completion. In this role, you will leverage your construction estimating expertise and project management skills to deliver accurate bids, coordinate resources, and ensure projects are executed efficiently. Your proactive approach and strong negotiation abilities will help foster client relationships and secure profitable projects, all while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Duties

- Prepare detailed construction estimates using industry-standard software such as HeavyBid, Bluebeam, and other estimating tools.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to gather pricing, scope details, and project requirements.
- Develop comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Lead negotiations with vendors, subcontractors, and clients to secure favorable pricing and contractual terms.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously by overseeing progress, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining clear communication channels.
- Review project plans, specifications,



and drawings thoroughly to identify potential risks or cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control measures, and company policies throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.

Requirements

- Proven experience in construction estimating combined with project management expertise in commercial or heavy civil projects.
- Proficiency in estimating software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure competitive pricing while fostering positive relationships.
- Deep understanding of construction processes, materials, costs, and scheduling practices.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ability to analyze complex project data accurately and make informed decisions under tight deadlines.
- Construction experience in a variety of sectors is preferred; relevant certifications or licenses are advantageous.
