Get behind the scenes of Vancouver’s live campaigns and events.

We are looking for an Event Assistant to support client campaigns across Vancouver. You’ll help the team deliver professional, customer-focused events while gaining hands-on experience in live marketing, customer engagement, and campaign coordination.

Our clients operate across retail, consumer products, technology, food and beverage, business services, and events. You’ll work at a range of campaign locations throughout Vancouver, helping create experiences that introduce customers to new brands, products, and services.

On event days, you’ll

- Help prepare event materials, displays, signage, and customer information.
- Welcome customers and provide a skilled first point of contact.
- Support the team with campaign set-up, activity, and pack-down.
- Explain client promotions and answer customer questions.
- Keep campaign areas organised, presentable,



and ready for customers.
- Gather customer feedback and share it with the event team.

This role suits graduates, career changers, and anyone looking to build experience in events, marketing, customer service, or sales. You do not need previous event experience; you do need to be reliable, organised, comfortable speaking with people, and able to work well in a team. Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
