Prepares food in accordance with applicable corporate standards, guidelines and regulations with established policies and procedures. Ensures quality food service is provided at all times.

What You’ll Bring

- Culinary know-how: A solid understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, mise en place, and food preparation, with the ability to prep, pre-cook, cook, and plate food to a high standard. Proven experience in a fast paced kitchen environment and/or fine dining experience of 2-3 years
- Event-ready: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and excited by the energy of buffets, plated dinners, passed canapés, action stations, and other event experiences.
- Food safety focused: Food Safety Certification required, with a strong commitment to sanitation, proper food storage, labeling, dating, rotation, and safe kitchen practices.
- Team player: Positive, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed. You take direction well, communicate clearly, ask questions, and work collaboratively with chefs and operational teams.
- Clean, organized & accountable: Take pride in keeping your station and equipment clean and organized, while promptly reporting maintenance needs, faulty equipment, accidents, or safety concerns.
- Bring the energy: Passionate about food, eager to learn, adaptable, and comfortable being on your feet while handling tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs (11 kg), bending, and carrying supplies. Most importantly, you’re ready to have fun and help create memorable events!

In addition to competitive pay, team members are eligible for event pay, providing an additional $3.00–$5.00 per hour depending on the event—offering even greater earning potential while gaining valuable industry experience.
