This position demands a high level of collaboration as you engage with Integrated Solution Leads and Commercial Leads to create compliant, risk-managed, and profitable solutions. Your experience in program management and capture strategies will be essential to successfully navigate complex projects on a global scale. Key Responsibilities:

- Apply the Lead-to-Award business development process




- Mentor recent Execution Solution Leads across regions
- Develop best practices and tools for the role
- Define execution strategies aligned with Capture Plans
- Lead creation of project management proposal sections Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 10-15 years of program management experience
- 5-10 years in training programs for defense sectors
- PMP certification or equivalent required
