The Executive

Director will work closely with the Board of Directors to enhance operational efficiency and promote the well-being of seniors. With a strong focus on community relationships, you will oversee property management, financial reporting, and programming. This position fosters independent living in a caring atmosphere, where your leadership will shape quality of life for residents. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide overall leadership and strategic oversight
- Manage budget and financial reporting effectively




- Build relationships with staff and community stakeholders
- Ensure programming meets community needs
- Identify funding opportunities for sustainability Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Management or related field
- 5+ years of leadership in non-profit or similar settings
- Financial management experience in budgeting
- Solid communication and relationship management skills
