Duties

- Perform comprehensive diagnostics using schematics, diagnostic tools, and technical manuals to identify issues accurately.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on vehicles including engine work, brake systems, suspension, electrical components, and more.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques to complete repairs efficiently.
- Follow manufacturer specifications and safety protocols to ensure quality workmanship and workplace safety.
- Assist in the disassembly and reassembly of vehicle components during repairs or upgrades.
- Maintain detailed records of all work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job for transparency and accountability.




- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair procedures clearly and offering recommendations for ongoing vehicle maintenance.

Experience

- Proven dealership experience or extensive background working in automotive repair shops.
- Strong mechanical knowledge across various vehicle makes and models.
- Hands-on experience with welding, schematics interpretation, and assembly processes.
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment to handle diverse repair tasks.
- Experience performing maintenance tasks such as fluid changes, tire rotations, brake replacements, and system inspections.
- Mechanic experience involving diagnostics, troubleshooting complex issues, and executing precise repairs.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
