Pay: $22.00–$24.00 per hour

Full-Time Salary Option: $3,800–$4,000 per month

ECS Cleaning is hiring experienced condominium/commercial cleaners and janitorial staff for ongoing cleaning services at a condominium property in the Yonge & Eglinton area of Toronto.

2+ years of professional commercial, condominium or janitorial cleaning experience is preferred.

Available Positions

Full-Time Condominium Cleaner / Janitorial Staff

- Monday to Friday
- Approximately 7–7.25 hours per day

- Consistent weekly schedule
- Monthly salary option of $3,800–$4,000, based on experience

Part-Time Weekday Cleaners
- Monday to Friday
- Approximately 4 hours per day
- Approximately 20 hours per week
- Morning, midday and afternoon shifts available
- $22.00–$24.00 per hour

Weekend Cleaner
- Saturday and Sunday
- Approximately 4 hours per day
- Additional shifts may become available
- $22.00–$24.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain condominium lobbies and entrances
- Clean hallways, elevators and stairwells
- Vacuum, sweep and mop floors
- Operate commercial floor-cleaning machines and janitorial equipment
- Clean glass, doors, mirrors and high-touch surfaces
- Clean and maintain common areas and amenity spaces
- Maintain garbage and recycling rooms
- Collect and transport garbage and recycling




- Operate carts used to move garbage and recycling bins
- Assist with garbage-day preparation and bin movement
- Return and organize bins following collection
- Complete assigned cleaning and janitorial schedules and checklists
- Report maintenance, damage or safety concerns
- Maintain a professional manner around residents, property management and building staff

Preferred Experience & Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional commercial, condominium or janitorial cleaning experience preferred
- Previous condominium, apartment-building or commercial-building cleaning experience
- Experience using commercial floor-cleaning machines and janitorial equipment
- Experience operating carts and moving garbage/recycling bins

- Valid driver's licence
- Access to a reliable vehicle
- Ability to reliably travel to the Yonge & Eglinton / Midtown Toronto area
- Physically capable of lifting, pushing and pulling cleaning equipment and bins

- Dependable and punctual

- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Compensation Part-Time & Weekend: $22.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience.

Full-Time: Monthly salary option of $3,800–$4,000, based on experience and position.
