Duties

- Greet patients warmly and efficiently.
- Exercise professional phone etiquette to schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and relay messages accurately.
- Verify patient insurance information, update medical and dental records, and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Handle patient check-out procedures, including billing, payments, and appointment follow-ups.
- Maintain organized electronic medical records while adhering to confidentiality protocols.




- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth daily operations and timely patient flow.

Skills

- Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist with knowledge of dental office procedures and workflows.
- Proficiency in Tracker software is essential.
- Solid understanding of terminology relevant to dental settings.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, staff, and insurance providers.
- Familiarity with electronic records and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to handle busy front desk responsibilities while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in dental office environments enhances your ability to succeed in this role.
