Location: Whitecourt, AB | Full-Time / On-Call

Draco Ventures Ltd. is expanding! We are actively seeking dependable, safety-driven Hotshot Drivers / Equipment Operators to support our growing operations in Whitecourt and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations

- Safely operate trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment in accordance with company safety standards.
- Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Execute short-notice call-outs and out-of-town dispatch assignments efficiently.
- Maintain clear daily logbooks, cargo documentation, and customer communication.

Required Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 3 years of verified hauling and/or heavy equipment operating experience.




- Licensing: Valid, clean Class 5 Driver’s Licence (abstract required upon hire).
- Certifications: Current industry safety tickets (H2S Alive, First Aid, WHMIS preferred).
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, handle short-notice call-outs, and travel away from home as needed.
- Attributes: Solid work ethic, high reliability, and a safety-first mindset.
