We are looking for an experienced SBS Torch-On Roofer to join our team.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of hands-on experience installing 2-ply SBS torch-on membrane systems and takes pride in quality workmanship, safety, and getting the job done right.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Installing 2-ply SBS torch-on membrane
- Complete detailed torch work around seams, flashings, drains, vents, curbs, and parapet walls to ensure watertight installations.
- Perform roofing tear-offs and prepare roof substrates for new systems.
- Install vapour barriers, insulation, coverboards, and roofing membranes according to specifications.
- Safely operate propane torches and hot-work equipment.
- Follow required fire watch and post-torch monitoring procedures.
- Identify and repair leaks and other deficiencies on existing flat roofs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow company safety procedures and applicable BC workplace safety requirements.

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years of hands-on SBS torch-on roofing experience.
- Experience with commercial flat roofing systems.
- Robust understanding of torch application, membrane seams, flashing details, and roof penetrations.
- Ability to safely work at heights and around hot-work equipment.




- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a crew.
- Valid BC Driver’s Licence and reliable transportation to job sites through the lower mainland

Schedule

- Monday to Friday
- 8–10 hour shifts
- Occasional weekend overtime available
- Full-time, year-round position
