Energy is expanding its thermal heavy oil developments and needs Shift Engineers for its state-of-the-art Reford 1 and Reford 2 projects. You will oversee shift operations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental protocols. Your technical expertise will support production efforts and continuous improvement initiatives, while mentorship will play a key role in developing junior operators. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead shift activities to meet safety and production targets
- Monitor steam generation and oil treatment processes




- Collaborate with maintenance teams for operational support
- Maintain records of shift performance and safety incidents
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

- Class 3 power engineering certification or above
- 5+ years in thermal heavy oil operations
- Knowledge of steam generation and DCS systems
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
