Duties

- Greet customers warmly and engage them with genuine enthusiasm to understand their eyewear preferences and needs
- Assist clients in selecting frames that complement their face shape, style, and lifestyle using your expert eye for fashion and fit
- Provide detailed product knowledge about lenses, coatings, and frame materials to educate customers on their options
- Operate optical equipment and utilize laboratory experience to support lens fitting and adjustments when necessary
- Manage sales transactions efficiently using retail point-of-sale systems such as Epic or similar platforms
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment to enhance the customer experience




- Stay informed about the latest eyewear trends, optical innovations, and company promotions to upsell effectively and boost sales performance

Skills

- Strong understanding of optical terminology, lens types, and eyewear materials to confidently educate customers
- Previous laboratory or optical experience is highly desirable for supporting lens fitting procedures
- Proven success in retail sales or sales roles with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
- Familiarity with Epic or other retail management software to process transactions smoothly
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and recommend suitable products tailored to individual needs
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also independently managing customer interactions
- Knowledge of retail management principles to contribute positively to store operations and sales goals
