Facilities Assistant / Bar Attendant – Indoor Golf Simulator Facility

We’re looking for a friendly, energetic team member to support daily operations at our indoor golf simulator facility. This role includes guest check-ins, booking phone appointments, managing walk-ins, processing payments, selling/redeeming gift cards, assisting with bar service, and supporting league operations.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests, book appointments, and manage walk-ins
- Process POS payments, gift card sales, and redemptions
- Serve beverages and light food (Smart Serve an asset)
- Help set up new and existing customers on simulators
- Assist with entering scores for managed leagues
- Maintain cleanliness of simulator bays, common areas, and restrooms
- Restock inventory and follow food safety standards
- Able to stay late (up to midnight) to wrap up end-of-day operations




- Support opening/closing duties and other tasks assigned by the manager

Requirements

- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- POS experience an assest
- Smart Serve certification an asset
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Reliable, friendly, and team-oriented
- Must be available to work weekends
- Comfortable working late evenings when required
