We are supporting a highly reputable family law firm based in Vancouver who are currently searching for an experienced family lawyer to join the team.

About The Role:

We are looking for an experienced lawyer to take ownership and manage a diverse file load of family matters. These include complex property division, financial restructuring and custody disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Represent clients in family law proceedings, including trials and hearings.
- Review, draft, and negotiate a broad range of legal documents.
- Identify and analyze a variety of legal issues and have the ability to distill large volumes of information into focused and simplified language to effectively advocate on behalf of your client.
- Conduct legal research and analysis and provide legal advice and direction based on your findings.
- Strong dedication to providing exceptional client service.
- Ability to manage a full caseload from initiation to resolution.

Qualifications & Experience:

- A minimum of 4+ years of experience practising Family Law in British Columbia.




- Member in valuable standing with the Law Society of British Columbia.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong litigation skills and drafting skills.
- A strong ability to prioritize competing demands and the ability to work under pressure.
- Empathy, integrity, and a client-focused approach.

Compensation: The firm offers a competitive base salary commensurate with experience + discretionary performance based bonus.
