Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Clerk for a full time, on-site position in Oshawa.

Responsibilities

- Draft court documents, affidavits, briefs, and correspondence
- Prepare financial statements and financial disclosure
- Prepare, serve, and electronically file court materials
- Manage deadlines, disclosure, and day-to-day file requirements
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff

Qualifications

- 2+ years of Ontario family law clerk experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of Ontario family court procedures
- Experience drafting court materials and preparing financial statements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Resourceful, accountable, and able to work independently and collaboratively
