Advantage Medical Staffing is recruiting Family Physicians / GPs for a growing primary care clinic in Orléans, Ottawa.
This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who wants to establish a busy practice quickly. The clinic already has a significant existing patient base alongside approximately 2,000 patients waiting to access primary care, creating strong demand for incoming Family Physicians.
The clinic is also preparing to move into a larger location within Orléans as it expands its physician-led primary care services.
? Compensation & Practice Potential
- Potential annual earnings of CAD $400,000–$650,000
- Competitive overhead structure
- 20% to 25% overhead
- Established patient population
- Approximately 2,000 patients currently on the waiting list
- Around 100 patient consultations per week already being delivered within the current service

✅ Candidate Requirements
- Medical degree and recognised Family Medicine / General Practice training
- CPSO licensed or eligible for registration in Ontario
- Ideally 2+ years of Family Medicine experience
- Canadian and internationally trained Family Physicians welcomed
- Robust communication and patient-centred clinical skills
