We are looking for an experienced Events Leader.

This is a seasonal position but with possibilities to expand

We are searching for an enthusiastic and motivated Leader to work alongside the team. To organize and oversee team, daily events, and provide outstanding and unforgettable Pick your own events. The main goals would be to provide our guests with memorable pick your own fall experiences.

This is a unique role. We are a small & flexible team, looking for someone who is flexible and creative, as well as extremely detail-oriented.

Essential Job Functions

Plan & execute fall pick your own apples, pumpkins and fun fall fun on the farm

Help with on line bookings

Be flexible – different daily tasks, events with different timelines

Day-to-day administration of events and programs including placing orders, monitoring vendors, monitoring registration, tracking RSVPs, answering attendee questions and resolving issues.

Manage event calendars.

Work with cross functional teams to successful daily tasks.

Assist with all event set-up, tear down and follow-up processes.

Work closely with the marketing team

Work with team members to ensure standards of event execution are being met

Job Requirements

Highly Organized & ability to multi-task

Creativity is a MUST

Experience organizing & executing events as asset





Ability to communicate effectively is a MUST

Must be able to work independently and within a small team.

Driving & owning your own vehicle is a MUST.

Must have a minimum of a post-secondary degree.
