Position Overview:

The F&I; Manager will play a crucial role in our dealership by overseeing all financing and insurance processes. This position is responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while presenting tailored finance and insurance options that meet their needs. The successful candidate will maximize profitability for the dealership by promoting and selling F&I; products and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and secure financing for customers through established lender relationships
- Present and explain finance and insurance options to customers, detailing terms, benefits, and costs
- Promote and sell warranty packages, insurance products, and other value-added services
- Build and maintain positive relationships with banks and financial institutions
- Ensure all sales, documentation, and processes comply with legal standards and dealership policies
- Provide excellent customer service,



answering questions and addressing concerns regarding financing
- Train and support the sales team in promoting finance and insurance products effectively

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience as an F&I; Manager within an automotive dealership, with Mazda or import brand experience preferred
- Demonstrated success in generating F&I; revenue and achieving sales targets
- Solid understanding of finance options, insurance products, and warranty packages
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality
- Proficient in finance and insurance software, CRM systems, and dealership management tools

- Valid OMVIC license required
