Summit Search Group is seeking a motivated Field Team Supervisor to join the Mr. Rooter Team. The ideal candidate will have proven communication skills with supervisors, colleagues, and customers. You are self-motivated, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. Although experience in the below can be an asset, we will train to make sure professional quality is delivered.

The Role:

The Field Team Supervisor will lead by example, managing workflows, resolving challenges, and optimizing productivity while maintaining safety and quality standards. With strong leadership and problem-solving skills, keep the team aligned with company goals, fostering success in every project. Specific Responsibilities:

- Trouble shooting and diagnostic proficiency
- Manage and be the point of contact for up to 7 technicians effectively
- Conduct Performance Improvement Plans and evaluations with the technicians
- Attend to service calls as required

Job Requirements:





- 5 years’ experience in the plumbing and drain cleaning industry along with an accreditation in Plumbing
- Strong communication skills
- Leadership / Management / Supervisor experience (Min. 2 years)
- Valid class 5 drivers’ license
