Mundo AI is seeking a Finance Controller to develop and scale financial infrastructure within a dynamic startup environment. This hands-on position involves creating productive processes and overseeing comprehensive financial reporting. You will own the financial systems of a growing company, leading activities including monthly closes, GAAP-compliant financial consolidations, and technical accounting.

Collaboration with leadership for board reporting and coordination with local accounting firms are essential components of this role. Key Responsibilities:

- Build and enhance monthly and quarterly closing processes
- Prepare consolidated financial statements with intercompany eliminations
- Handle technical accounting including revenue recognition
- Develop financial reporting packages for board meetings
- Manage relationships with external accounting and tax firms

Requirements:

- CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent credentials
- 4-6 years of experience in finance control
- Proven experience with multi-entity consolidation
- Hands-on accounting systems expertise
