The Finance

Director works closely with the Chief Financial Officer and the Senior Management Team to ensure financial health across a substantial budget, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards. Your expertise will guide financial insights supporting organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily financial operations of SRC and PJCC
- Lead annual budgeting and long-term capital planning
- Deliver accurate financial reports per GAAP
- Manage cash flow and departmental accounting
- Reconcile sub-ledger accounts to the general ledger Requirements:
- Qualified Canadian C.A. degree or C.G.A. designation
- Minimum of 5 years managing finance staff
- Not-for-profit experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and Database Management
