We cover roles in accounting, finance, and payroll. I am currently seeking a CPA Finance Director for my client based on the South Shore. This is a permanent, on-site position.

Mission - Oversee all of the company’s financial operations, including accounting, financial statements, cash management, budgets, and financial forecasts - Actively participate in financial planning, performance analysis,



and strategic support for senior management - Implement and optimize internal controls, financial processes, and key performance indicators (KPIs) - Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial partners - Lead and develop the finance/accounting team - Participate in various financial transformation and continuous improvement projects - Your profile - CPA certification required - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management or finance director role - Bilingualism in French and English required, both spoken and written - Excellent command of financial statements, financial analysis, and internal controls - Assets - Involvement in an ERP implementation or optimization - Experience in a multi-site or multi-entity workplace
