Manager role emphasizes enterprise risk programs, process improvement, and collaboration across Finance. As a Senior Group Manager, you will provide guidance within the Governance Risk & Controls Team while focusing on risk compliance and enhancing operational controls. This role partners with the Controller & Chief Accountants' Team to identify gaps and recommend actionable solutions.

You will also conduct risk assessments, oversee documentation, and support financial reporting quality through solid leadership. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee Enterprise Risk Programs and ensure adherence
- Identify and recommend actionable remediation for gaps
- Validate remediation effectiveness through testing
- Communicate clearly with Finance partners
- Conduct in-depth process walkthroughs and assessments Requirements:
- CPA designation plus a university degree
- 10+ years in accounting, finance, or audit
