- Contribute to the growth, maintenance and development of the wealth management and consumer loan portfolios
- Identify opportunities to provide financial solutions that meet members' evolving needs
- Market and promote a full range of financial products and services
- Build strong relationships with members, prospective members and community members
- Deliver exceptional service while contributing to individual and team growth objectives
