- First Aid Instructors to deliver in-person training sessions. The ideal candidate is confident, knowledgeable, and passionate about teaching life-saving skills while ensuring students meet all practical and theoretical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-person First Aid, CPR, AED, and BLS training in accordance with recognized standards (CSA / industry guidelines)
- Conduct hands-on skills training, demonstrations, and student evaluations
- Ensure all participants meet competency requirements before certification
- Maintain accurate attendance records and course documentation
- Set up and maintain training equipment (manikins, AED trainers, etc.)
- Provide a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
- Answer student questions and provide clear, professional instruction
- Follow company policies and quality assurance procedures
- Report any incidents, concerns, or irregularities to management
- Support on-site/corporate training sessions when required
Qualifications &
- Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a CPR/First Aid Instructor
- Valid CPR &
- First Aid Instructor certification (e.g., Red Cross, Heart &
- Stroke, or equivalent recognized provider)
- Current CPR-C / BLS certification (or higher)
- Strong knowledge of CPR, AED, and First Aid guidelines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to confidently manage groups and conduct practical assessments
- Professional, reliable, and punctual
- Ability to travel to training locations if required
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
