At Soles in Motion, we’re more than just a shoe store—we’re a locally owned business passionate about helping people move better, feel better, and live better. With two Canadian Certified Pedorthists on staff, we provide custom orthotics and lower limb assessments, along with one-on-one shoe fittings tailored to each customer’s needs. Whether it’s a marathon runner gearing up for their next race or someone searching for relief from bunions or plantar fasciitis, we take pride in finding the perfect fit.

Now, we’re looking for an energetic, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our Soles family!

What You’ll Do

- Create exceptional customer experiences by offering personalized shoe fittings and product knowledge.
- Share your expertise in footwear, sizing, and brands to match each customer with the right solution.
- Thrive in a fun, fast-paced workplace while supporting your team and working independently.
- Keep things running smoothly by multitasking and staying organized.

- Previous retail experience (bonus if it’s footwear!)
- Passion for helping customers feel their best
- Punctual, reliable, and ready to bring positive energy to every shift
