As part of a dynamic and dedicated team, as a Fitness and Sports Instructor, you will have the opportunity to lead Fitness, Sports and Aquatics programs for a very highly motivated and professional clientele. Working with us, you’ll have the opportunity to deliver programs and services that are grounded in cutting edge scientific research and supported by state-of-the-art technology.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED Education, Certifications and Licenses College diploma or certificate in Physical Education, Exercise Physiology, Exercise Sciences, or a related field Current National Lifeguard Service (NLS) Certificate In preparing and conducting physical fitness training sessions In instructing health and physical fitness training modules In applying policies,
procedures, and regulations In evaluating physical fitness In officiating at least three sports such as soccer, volleyball, basketball, racquet sports, and hockey In coaching sports LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS English Essential BENEFITS AVAILABLE Health Benefits: Drug coverage, healthcare spending account, virtual care (telemedicine), Employee and Family Assistance Program, mental health support, travel insurance, dental, vision, life insurance and disability insurance. Tuition Reimbursement
Program, online learning opportunities including a LinkedIn Learning subscription and second language training. Successful completion of the Personnel Support Programs (PSP) Fitness & Sports Level 1 & 2 Courses by the end of probation. As part of the selection process, candidates will undergo a physical fitness test (FORCE Evaluation) and must achieve a minimum level of Bronze.
This is an on-site position with an assigned work location. This is a temporary position with an anticipated start date of 21 September 2026 and end date of 31 March 2027.
